Level Agreement. During the first 30 days of services if
FastServers.Net fails to meet any portion of this
Service Level Agreement
the client is eligible for a full refund. The following conditions
apply to the refund policy.
1.) Cancellation of service must occur within the first 30 days of
service and submitted online via

2.) Service Level Agreement violations much be documented through
tickets issued via
https://pentagon.fastservers.net . Reporting of such issues is a
strict requirement for any refunds.
3.) Refunds will not be issued for any other reason that
FastServers.Net not meeting the detailed Service Level Agreement.
In all cases FastServers.Net's goal is to maintain and foster
ongoing relationships. It is the clients responsibility to read and
fully understand the scope of the Service Level Agreement, Terms of
Service, and Acceptable User Policy and refunds based on
misunderstanding on not the responsibility of FastServers.Net.
Refunds due to lack of use, financial reasons, or issues that are
not documented through our ticket system will be rejected.
FastServers.Net reserves the right to turn any charge backs or
monetary refund disputes over the collection agencies if submitted
by client.
