Service Description: As a part of DEFCON 4, DEFCON 3, DEFCON 2, and DEFCON 1 your server is monitored for problems and outages. In the event of an outage our 24 hour Dedicated Server Experts will take corrective action to take care of the problem and recover any failures. Depending on your level of DEFCON determines the amount of monitoring on your dedicated server.
