Q1:  What type of skills do I need to use the web based Easy Exchange Administrator?
A1:   You will need the ability to fill out forms, some basic understanding of what an email address is, and the ability to fill out a web form.    The functionality proved by Easy Exchange Administrator was designed for end users.  

Q2:  Do I need any special applications to be able to add, remove, or modify Exchange features via Easy Exchange Administrator?
A2:  No, a web browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox will provide you with web based access to the control panel?

Q3:  What features can be enabled or disabled using Easy Exchange Administrator?
A3:  You can enable or disable POP3, IMAP, SMTP, OWA (Outlook Web Access), Outlook Mobile Access, Active Sync, and Public Folders.

Q4:  Do you sell Easy Exchange Administrator for use on servers outside of your network?
Q4:  No, this product is part of an exclusive Managed Exchange Hosting Service and is not available as a standalone product.

Q5:  How many domains can I manage using Easy Exchange Administrator?
Q5:  There are no limits to the number of domains you can manage, there is however a license fee for each user on your Managed Hosted Exchange Server.

Q7:  If I want to "Resell" Microsoft Exchange Hosting, can Easy Exchange Administrator help with this?
A7:  Absolutely, not only was this product selected based on Exchange functionality you also have the ability to resell and offer Microsoft Exchange to your clients.    All new domains, email accounts, and setup can easily be done via the online interface.   

Q8:  Describe the 4 Levels of Administration and what I will have access to?
A8:  The Admin Level is FastServers.Net setup, configuration, and license reporting module and no customer access is provided.    The Domain Manager (ability to add new domains), Account Manager (ability to add new email accounts), and the Exchange User (web mail, password changes) are all levels you will have direct access to. 

Q9:  Will the Easy Exchange Administrator be privately branded?
A9:  Yes, this control panel will not have any FastServers.Net logos or links inside, giving you the ability to anonymously resell Hosted Exchange Accounts to your clients.

Q10:   How do I enable or disable Blackberry Support in Easy Exchange Administrator?

Q11:  How much does Easy Exchange Administrator costs?
A11:  Free!  We have included this on all Microsoft Exchange Servers, to provide the ability to manage Microsoft Exchange without the need for an Exchange Administrator.

Q12:  Can the Easy Exchange Administrator managed websites or other applications beyond Microsoft Exchange?
A12:  No, both the service offering and control panel are single purpose applications and control panels.   In fact we do not allow anything but Microsoft Exchange and associated applications to be run on the managed Exchange Dedicated Server.

Q13:  What type of resources does the Easy Exchange Administrator utilize on my managed dedicated server?
A13:   Easy Exchange Administrator uses very little resources, the application uses light weight applications such as PHP and mySQL to store information and execute commands.

Q14:  Does Easy Exchange Administrator work with Microsoft Exchange 2007?
A14:  Not yet, but the developers are working hard to provide support for Microsoft Exchange 2007.  

Q15:   If I already have a Microsoft Exchange Server and migrate to FastServers.Net, will Easy Exchange Administrator still be installed?
A15:   Yes, even when a migration takes place Easy Exchange Administrator has the ability to populate existing Exchange settings and accounts.
