Pentagon Easier To Navigate? I Say YES!
A new change in the Pentagon system will make it easier to keep track of your current services.
We recently re-vamped the “Active Service Manager” area of your Pentagon account. Prior to this change when you entered the “Active Service Manager” area a simple list of all of your services (primary, add-on, or otherwise) popped up. Because every single service was listed individually it could make it difficult to locate a specific service or even keep track of what add-on service went to what primary service.
So we reorganized things a bit. Now when you fist go into the “Active Service Manager” account it shows only your primary services (for most of you this will be your servers). We collapsed all of the add-on services into their corresponding primary services. Any primary service that has corresponding add-on service attached will have the “+” symbol next to it. Click the “+” and the add-on services attached to that primary service appear, highlighted in a lovely shade of gray (which is just as easy to see as a yellow or a red, but much easier on the eyes). To collapse the add-on services simply click on the “-”.
It’s just that simple. So now instead of having to wade through potentially hundreds of service lines that you aren’t concerned with you can zero in on just the primary services and corresponding add-on services that you want to. And you can expand as few or as many service lines as you want. We even added an “Expand All” option at the top of the service list.
We also added a “Show All Services” option so you can view all of your primary services on 1 page. Then, if you click on “Expand All”, you can see all of your services together instead of having to flip back and forth between pages.
We hope these improvements allow you to keep better track of and better manage your services with us. Thank you for your continued business.
